Most solar companies treat manufactured housing as an afterthought: a general solar program with a mobile home page bolted on. Solnr exists to be the opposite of that.
What that means in practice
We don't run a credit check, ever, for any homeowner, in any park. We work in master metered parks that most solar companies decline outright, because we've built the process to handle the coordination that kind of installation requires. And when you sell your home, your agreement transfers to the new owner without a credit check holding up the sale.
The offer
No money down. A locked-in rate for the power your system produces, set below what you currently pay. If the system isn't producing, you don't pay. We cover maintenance, monitoring, repairs, parts, and insurance for the full term. At the end, you choose to buy the system for a small amount, renew, or have it removed with your roof restored at no cost.
