Whether you are in a master metered park or a directly metered one changes how the installation works, so we confirm which situation applies to you and what that means for your timeline.

You see your exact numbers before you sign anything
Your savings depend on your usage and your roof, so we show you the real numbers for your home before you commit to anything.

Approval and permitting
Once you are ready to move forward, we handle permitting and any required inspections. This is also where any park-level coordination gets finalized.

Installation
Your system goes in. Solnr covers the full cost of installation, no money down and no equipment charge to you.

Your system goes live
Once your system is live and fully permitted, you start paying only for the power it produces, at your locked-in rate. If it's not producing, you don't pay for it.
What we handle for you after that
Maintenance, monitoring, repairs, parts, and insurance are covered for the full term. If your roof needs replacing during that time, panel removal and reinstallation is a flat fee already written into your agreement, not a surprise bill.
What happens at the end of the term
You choose: buy the system for a small amount, renew the agreement, or have it removed with your roof restored at no cost.
