In a master metered park, the park owner holds one utility meter and bills residents through submeters. In a directly metered park, each home has its own utility account. Which one applies to you determines how your solar installation works, though not whether it is possible.
What does it cost up front?
Nothing. No down payment, no equipment cost, no installation charge. You pay only for the power the system produces once it is live.
What if I rent my lot but own my home?
That's the standard arrangement in most manufactured home communities, and it's what Solnr is built around. The agreement is set up for exactly this situation.
What happens if I sell my home?

Who installs the system?
